In stock orders are shipped within 24-72 hours. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. ittikid.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay or damage in shipment or delivery.
International shipping is available on most orders for a flat fee. Our flat fee rate is limited to clothing and smaller items. We are happy to ship larger items, however shipping costs will be based on weight, size, and destination of package.

USPS Priority Mail International is not traceable once it has left the United States. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery can take up to 2 Weeks.

Returns & Exchanges
Ittikid takes great pride in selecting the highest quality merchandise. We stand behind our products and want you to feel secure with your purchase. Full priced merchandise that is unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags on, free of defects and in it's original packaging will be accepted 14 days from date of invoice. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, to cover our time, packing materials, etc.

Returns must be accompanied by original receipt. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns are accepted on all items except: non-stock items, special orders and sale items. All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer with the exception of damaged merchandise. Please pack your items carefully. We cannot offer refunds on items that have been damaged during return shipping. Refunds cannot be offered in stock that is not returned to us.
If you have received a damaged item or an item shipped in error, please contact ittikid via email: email@example.com. We will email you a return shipping label.
All returns will be refunded or exchanged when ittikid has received the package.
Once orders leave our warehouse, we cannot cancel them for you.
Due to recent changes in refund policies with PayPal and most major credit card complies, we can cancel orders that have not left our warehouse, less the 3% transaction fee.
